Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it has been packed.

01Before despatch

Call +1 619-746-2662 or email sales@eventcraft.shop as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone out, we cancel it and refund in full.

02After despatch

Once the carrier has the parcel we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery or accept it and start a return under the Returns and Refunds policy.

03Changing an order

Adding or swapping an item before despatch is usually possible. Contact us during opening hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 | Sat-Sun Closed

04If we cancel

Occasionally stock is damaged or miscounted. If we cannot fulfil your order we tell you the same day and refund in full — we do not hold an order open indefinitely hoping stock arrives.
