Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item to Caesar Events San Diego.

Tell us
Email sales@eventcraft.shop or call +1 619-746-2662 within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Pack it
The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Anything sold sealed must still be sealed.

Send it back
We will confirm the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it.

Get your money
Once the item reaches us and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 7 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong on arrival
Photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 30 days. A replacement or a full refund including the original shipping is your choice — we do not ask you to pay to return our mistake.

What cannot come back
Items that have been used, assembled, washed or filled, and anything returned outside the 30 day window. This does not affect your statutory rights.
