01The seller

02Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm despatch. We may decline an order — for example when stock has run out or a price was listed wrongly — and will refund in full if we do.

03Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Stock shown on the site reflects the shop’s own count and is updated as orders are packed.

04Delivery and returns

Governed by the Shipping Policy and the Returns and Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

05Product information

Descriptions and specifications are taken from the manufacturer and checked against the item on the shelf. Colours vary between screens. Where a maker changes a specification without notice we update the listing as soon as we know.

06Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
